Ayn Rand said it best when she said: "I need no warrant for being, and no word of sanction upon my being. I am the warrant and the sanction."

That holds true for me - on so many levels.

I'm a dangerously independent woman. I live on a tight rope, so to speak - constantly pushing the edge of my very existence in hopes of expanding my awareness in new & unimaginable ways. I'm always up for a challenge and because of that, I find myself inviting the people around me to do the same (with as much compassion and unconditional love as possible). I find myself to be in flux, constantly. But at the same time, there is a stillness about me that seems to, at the very least, perplex people. A walking, talking, breathing, loving paradox, I enjoy a lot of intensity and extremes.

To quote another amazing woman, Pema Chodran said, "Only to the extent that we expose ourselves over and over again to annihilation, can we find that which is indestructable in us." I have lived most of my life in such a way. I tend to bring chaos out of order rather than the other way around, but yet, in doing so I have found my Center - from which I meander forward, into the Great Unknown, with courage, grace & gratitude.

Certified Yoga Therapist, Web Designer & Muse...I have a studio here in Fort Lauderdale that I run with two of my favorite gal pals. Our studio is a place of healing, self exploration and absolute silliness. We offer yoga & nutritional therapy and all sorts of body work.

I also have a small business called Sage Solutions. I cater to entreprenuers and small businesses that are trying to break ground. I wear many hats in this arena - from marketing & networking to web design - I'm sort of a muse..offering a creative spark wherever one may be needed. I enjoy connecting people and watching them blossom.

My "job" is to walk with and guide people as they traverse their individual paths, helping them develop an enthusiasm for their chosen roles. I offer ideas, insight and solutions for moving forward towards personal and professional evolution and success. Essentially, I don't offer anything that you don't already possess - I merely open a quiet space in which my wish for you is to realize your full potential.
